Move, breathe, and sweat! Power yoga has it all! During this class, you will move with your breath through sun salutations, a strong + athletic flow, work on balance, practice backbends, and cool it down with hip openers and savasana. This is a physically challenging class, but it is for everyone! Variations and modifications are offered throughout, so you can take what you need and leave what you don't.
